A private, two-person space for couples to pin shared memories — photos, videos, locations, and stories — track important days, and get notified when your partner adds to your shared history.مساحة خاصة لشخصين، تتيح للأزواج تثبيت ذكرياتهم المشتركة — صور، فيديوهات، مواقع، وقصص — ومتابعة الأيام المهمة، والحصول على إشعار عند إضافة شريكك لشيء جديد في تاريخكم المشترك.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you're responsible for keeping your credentials (or your Google/Apple sign-in) secure. Pairing with a partner is done with a one-time invite code; each account can be paired with only one partner at a time.يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند إنشاء حسابك، وأنت المسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان بيانات الدخول (أو حساب جوجل/آبل اللي تسجل فيه دخولك). يتم الربط مع شريكك عبر كود دعوة لمرة واحدة، ولا يمكن ربط الحساب إلا بشريك واحد في كل مرة.
You keep ownership of the memories, photos, videos, and comments you post. By posting them, you give LiyoPlanet permission to store and display them to your paired partner, and to include them in an export you request. You're responsible for the photos, videos, and text you upload, and confirm you have the right to share them.تحتفظ بملكية الذكريات والصور والفيديوهات والتعليقات اللي تنشرها. بنشرها، تمنح LiyoPlanet إذن تخزينها وعرضها لشريكك المرتبط بك، وتضمينها في أي تصدير بيانات تطلبه. أنت المسؤول عن الصور والفيديوهات والنصوص اللي ترفعها، وتقر بأن لديك الحق في مشاركتها.
Attaching a video to a memory and exporting your data (Settings → Export Data) require LiyoPlanet Premium, unlocked either with a one-time purchase (pay once, unlocked on that Apple ID forever) or an auto-renewing subscription. Prices and billing period are shown before you buy and are set in the App Store — where available, a yearly subscription is offered. Subscription payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Manage or cancel a subscription any time in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions — deleting your LiyoPlanet account does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own policies, not by us directly.إرفاق فيديو بذكرى وتصدير بياناتك (الإعدادات ← تصدير البيانات) يتطلبان LiyoPlanet Premium، واللي تقدر تفتحه إما بشراء لمرة واحدة (تدفع مرة، ويصير مفتوح على معرف آبل هذا للأبد) أو باشتراك يتجدد تلقائيًا. الأسعار ومدة الفوترة تظهر لك قبل الشراء وتُحدَّد من App Store — وإذا كان متاحًا، فيه خيار اشتراك سنوي. يُخصم مبلغ الاشتراك من حساب معرف آبل عند تأكيد الشراء، ويتجدد تلقائيًا إلا إذا تم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية الفترة الحالية؛ ويُخصم مبلغ التجديد خلال 24 ساعة قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية. تقدر تدير أو تلغي الاشتراك في أي وقت من إعدادات iOS ← [اسمك] ← الاشتراكات — حذف حسابك في LiyoPlanet لا يُلغي الاشتراك. المبالغ المستردة تتم عبر آبل وفق سياساتها الخاصة، مو منّا مباشرة.
Because this is a shared, private space between two people, both partners are responsible for what they post there. You agree not to upload illegal, abusive, or harmful content, and not to use LiyoPlanet to harass, threaten, or endanger your partner. Misuse can be reported from Settings → Report or Block Partner.بما إن هذه مساحة خاصة ومشتركة بين شخصين، فكلا الطرفين مسؤول عن اللي ينشره فيها. توافق على عدم رفع محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو ضار، وعلى عدم استخدام LiyoPlanet لمضايقة شريكك أو تهديده أو تعريضه للخطر. يمكن الإبلاغ عن أي إساءة استخدام من الإعدادات ← الإبلاغ عن الشريك أو حظره.
Reports are reviewed by us. Blocking a partner permanently deletes your shared memories and disconnects your accounts — this can't be undone, and blocked accounts can't re-pair with each other afterward.نراجع البلاغات بأنفسنا. حظر الشريك يحذف ذكرياتكم المشتركة نهائيًا ويفصل الحسابين — هذا الإجراء لا يمكن التراجع عنه، ولا يمكن للحسابات المحظورة إعادة الربط مع بعضها بعد ذلك.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or that we determine pose a safety risk to another user, with or without notice.يحق لنا تعليق أو إنهاء أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط، أو نرى أنه يشكل خطرًا على سلامة مستخدم آخر، بإشعار أو بدونه.
Deleting your account (Settings → Delete Account) permanently removes your shared memories, photos, videos, and account record. This is irreversible, and — as noted above — separate from cancelling any active subscription.حذف حسابك (الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب) يزيل نهائيًا ذكرياتكم المشتركة وصورك وفيديوهاتك وسجل حسابك. هذا الإجراء لا رجعة فيه، وكما ذُكر أعلاه، هو منفصل تمامًا عن إلغاء أي اشتراك فعّال.
LiyoPlanet is provided "as is." We work to keep the app reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.يُقدَّم LiyoPlanet "كما هو". نعمل على إبقاء التطبيق موثوقًا، لكن ما نضمن أنه بيكون متاحًا دائمًا أو خاليًا من الأخطاء.
We may update these terms as the app's features change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تغيّر مميزات التطبيق. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد أي تحديث يعني موافقتك على الشروط المعدّلة.
