These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiyoPlanet (the "App"), a mobile application designed, developed, and operated by L Squared Est. ("LSquared," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use LiyoPlanet.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a LiyoPlanet account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating your account, and for keeping your password confidential. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@lsquared.sa if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
LiyoPlanet is built around one core idea: two accounts pair together, using an invite code, into a single shared "planet." Once paired:
You keep ownership of the photos, text, and other content you add to LiyoPlanet ("User Content"). By adding User Content, you grant LSquared a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the App for you and your paired partner.
You agree not to use LiyoPlanet to upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you don't have the right to share. You agree not to attempt to access another couple's planet, interfere with the App's operation, or reverse-engineer the App.
The LiyoPlanet name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by LSquared and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that ownership to you.
LiyoPlanet uses Google's Firebase platform (authentication, database, file storage, and basic analytics) to operate. Your use of the App is also subject to the practices described in our Privacy Policy, which explains this in more detail.
LiyoPlanet is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep memories safe and the App running smoothly, but we don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will never be lost, and we recommend keeping your own copies of photos that matter to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LSquared will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, LiyoPlanet, including loss of content.
You may stop using LiyoPlanet and delete your account at any time from within the App's settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use LiyoPlanet after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
