LiyoPlanet is a private, two-person shared memory journal for couples. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control or delete it.LiyoPlanet هو دفتر ذكريات خاص ومشترك بين شخصين للأزواج. توضح هذه السياسة وش نجمعه، وليش، وكيف تقدر تتحكم فيه أو تحذفه.
Account: your email address and chosen display name, plus a password if you sign up with email — or, if you sign in with Google or Apple instead, we never see or store a password at all. Profile: your anniversary date. Shared memories: titles, descriptions, dates, the location you pin, and any photos or videos you attach. Custom important days: titles and dates you add for reminders. Comments and likes you post on shared memories. Reports: if you report your partner or their content, we store who reported whom, the reason, and when.الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني والاسم اللي تختاره للعرض، مع كلمة مرور إذا سجّلت بالإيميل — أو إذا سجّلت دخولك بجوجل أو آبل، فما نشوف أو نخزّن أي كلمة مرور أبدًا. الملف الشخصي: تاريخ ذكرى ارتباطك. الذكريات المشتركة: العناوين، الأوصاف، التواريخ، الموقع اللي تثبته، وأي صور أو فيديوهات ترفقها. الأيام المهمة المخصصة: العناوين والتواريخ اللي تضيفها للتذكيرات. التعليقات والإعجابات اللي تنشرها على الذكريات المشتركة. البلاغات: إذا بلّغت عن شريكك أو عن محتواه، نخزّن مين بلّغ عن مين، والسبب، والوقت.
Photos & Videos: to attach a photo or video to a memory, or set your profile photo — LiyoPlanet only ever sees what you actively pick, never your full library. Camera: to take a new photo directly in the app for a memory. Location (While Using): to pin the place a memory happened on your shared map — LiyoPlanet never tracks your location in the background. Notifications: to alert you about new memories, likes, comments, and upcoming important days. A push-notification device token, so we can alert you to new memories, likes, comments, and upcoming important days. LiyoPlanet does not run analytics or advertising trackers — analytics is explicitly disabled in our configuration.رمز جهاز خاص بالإشعارات، عشان نقدر ننبهك بالذكريات الجديدة، الإعجابات، التعليقات، والأيام المهمة القادمة. Solely to operate the app: syncing memories between you and your paired partner, sending the notifications described above, generating a data export when you request one, unlocking Premium features once Apple confirms your purchase, and reviewing reports for safety. Premium (video attachments and data export) can be unlocked with a one-time purchase or a yearly subscription, handled entirely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. LiyoPlanet never sees or stores your card number, billing address, or any other payment details — Apple processes the payment and simply tells the app whether you're entitled to Premium. Your data is stored using Google Firebase — its Firestore database, Cloud Storage (for photos and videos), Cloud Functions, and Cloud Messaging (for push notifications). Signing in with Google or Apple, and processing any purchase, is handled directly by those companies under their own privacy policies. Place names shown in search results and exports are resolved using Apple's on-device geocoding, from the coordinates you chose when pinning a memory — LiyoPlanet does not track your location in the background.تُخزَّن بياناتك باستخدام Google Firebase — قاعدة بيانات Firestore، خدمة Cloud Storage (للصور والفيديوهات)، Cloud Functions، وCloud Messaging (للإشعارات). تسجيل الدخول بجوجل أو آبل، ومعالجة أي عملية شراء، تتم مباشرة عبر هاتين الشركتين وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بهما. أسماء الأماكن اللي تظهر في نتائج البحث والتصدير تُستخرج باستخدام تحديد المواقع الجغرافية على جهازك من آبل، بناءً على الإحداثيات اللي اخترتها عند تثبيت الذكرى — LiyoPlanet لا يتتبع موقعك في الخلفية.
LiyoPlanet is built around a private pairing between two accounts, connected with a one-time invite code. Everything you pin, comment on, or like inside your shared planet is visible to your paired partner. Your account email, password, any Google/Apple sign-in details, and your purchase history are never shared with your partner.يعتمد LiyoPlanet على ربط خاص بين حسابين، يتم عبر كود دعوة لمرة واحدة. كل شي تثبته أو تعلّق عليه أو تعجب فيه داخل كوكبكم المشترك يكون مرئي لشريكك المرتبط بك. بريدك الإلكتروني، كلمة مرورك، تفاصيل تسجيل الدخول بجوجل أو آبل، وسجل مشترياتك، كلها أشياء لا تُشارَك أبدًا مع شريكك.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your shared memories, photos, and videos, disconnects you from your partner, deletes your account record, and deletes your sign-in credentials — this cannot be undone. Reports are kept for as long as needed to review the safety concern they describe. You can export a copy of your data at any time (Settings → Export Data, Premium) as a JSON file, a PDF scrapbook, or a ZIP of your photos and videos, delivered to your own account email — any video is represented as a scannable QR code linking to it, plus the video file itself in the ZIP. You can turn off push notifications and local reminders at any time in Settings or in iOS Settings. You can unlink and block a partner at any time, which also erases your shared memories.تقدر تصدّر نسخة من بياناتك في أي وقت (الإعدادات ← تصدير البيانات، Premium) كملف JSON، أو ألبوم PDF، أو ZIP لصورك وفيديوهاتك، وتُرسَل إلى بريد حسابك الإلكتروني — أي فيديو يُمثَّل برمز QR قابل للمسح يوصلك له، بالإضافة لملف الفيديو نفسه داخل الـ ZIP. تقدر توقف الإشعارات والتذكيرات المحلية في أي وقت من الإعدادات أو من إعدادات iOS. تقدر تفصل وتحظر شريكك في أي وقت، وهذا يمسح ذكرياتكم المشتركة أيضًا.
LiyoPlanet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.LiyoPlanet غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، وما نجمع معلومات منهم عن قصد.
